How the work moves forward.

Inspect the floor
We check the wood, moisture conditions, and areas that need repair. We agree on the scope and quote.

Prepare the rooms
We plan furniture removal with you and protect adjacent surfaces. We set up dust containment before sanding.

Sand and repair
We remove the old coating and work through the sanding sequence. We address damaged boards and sand edges.

Choose the color
You review stain samples in your home. We apply the color you approve, or leave the wood unstained.

Apply the finish
We apply the chosen finish and follow its requirements between coats.

Walk through the work
We inspect the floor with you and explain when you can walk on it, return furniture, and put down rugs.

Yes. We sand off the old coating and prepare stain samples for you to review. Your wood species and its condition affect the result.
